Spot-tailed Dasher (Micrathyria aequalis: Libellulidae) 2.6-3.4 cm (1.0-1.3 in) long.
Habitat
South Texas Plains vegetation area, Lower Rio Grande Valley, edge of the Rio Grande, Tamaulipan thornscrub riparian at ca. 59 m (193 ft) elevation.
Location
Salineño Wildlife Preserve, Salineño, Starr County, Texas, USA.
