Spring cleaning 9 - Whaddya think, hon? (Motacilla alba)

Join me for a swim? Or ... how about you bring me my towel and we can ... well ... get down and dirty again together?

Just making all this up, of course Anthropomorphizing the "expressions" just for fun. Been having loads of fun today. Glorious weather. Went for a walk to the botanical garden. Discovered that pair of Mandarin Ducks that I'd seen at the opposite end of town two weeks ago, in dismal weather that day so been hoping to see them again in sunshine for better photos. They seem to have settled in at the botanical garden duck pond. I hope they stay and breed there this summer. I also got some nice shots of Pied Flycatcher, Great Spotted Woodpecker, some House Sparrows playing reed warbler, etc. etc. Editing has taken me 'til nearly midnight, and tomorrow promises more of the same. But I will try to get caught up browsing nevertheless.
