seen in our area
during winter ...

a long distance winter
visitor ... while
the latter is a
resident breeder ...

Their numbers increase
during winter as
some individual who
migrate to northern areas
during summer ... come
back in winter ...

Thus ... it is labelled
as widespread resident
and winter visitor ...
