Starling
The weather's been a bit rough the last couple of days, hasn't it - all my birds seem to have virtually been blown away and the feed gets blown off the shed roof!

Here's a Starling from early February.

.. and he is a very handsome Starling too.. a male I think.. nice setting with all those rust coloured leaves.
 
A very beautiful one. Great portrait capture of this pretty species.
Today, I spotted a small group of starlings at an attractive place during my cycle ride in the late afternoon. Unfortunately, is the access closed for vehicles to help frog migration at the moment.
Grrr..
 
gorgeous capture delia.there are alot of starling here just now.i always have starling here but february seemed to bring more and i mean hundreds maybe more thankfully not all to my garden but having said that my fatballs last less than an hour just now all 22 of them and thats not to mention my coconut feeders and small wooden fat feeders.all the best margaret.
