Striding out

Striding out (Ardea cinerea)

My son Adam and I met up with tracker at Mere Sands Wood. Tom graciously let me borrow his 400mm prime to try out with my 400D. This is one of the shots I was able to take. Very pleased with the performance of this lens. I hope to have one in the near future.
