Nice to know we share a same Dragonfly Alok although ours are not as intense in coloring.

Nice close-up. It's Neurothemis tullia variously known as Pied Parasol or Pied Paddy Skimmer. it's a widespread species in SE Asia and is sexually dimorphic the female lacking the inner wing patches replacing them with black & white outer wing banding. Isn't it?
