Swan in the winter sunset (Cygnus olor)

The reeds were reflected in the water,as the sun was directly facing them.Also the light just caught the head of the Swan,and put a rosy tint on the wing plumage

I went to Slimebridge on Monday, took some images of Mute & Bewick's Swan, it was dull & cloudy all day, if you put your wonderful image beside my dull image, we would notice the difference between them.
 
Thanks,Nick,yes,lighting does make a lot of difference.But sometimes too much sunshine is not good,Today it was soooo cold,a bitter N/East wind,but at least it was dry.
