Last year I decided to get brave and take some classes on photography, as I had purchased my first dslr. I did some research, and the instructor I chose, a wonderful nature photographer, with a very kind spirit. I'm very lucky to now have him as a great friend. He taught me many things, but also the art of "watching" wildlife.
As I watched this pair of swan, they walked up to each other slowly on the marsh, held their heads together in a soft embrace, paused, moved even closer then touching their heads together on the side, entwined their long, graceful necks together. This was awesome for me to witness. I had spent close to an hour enjoying their bliss.
