Tawny-bellied Seedeater (Sporophila hypoxantha)

These small seedeaters are migratory, breeding in the austral summer in the grasslands of south Brazil and spending the austral winter in the warmer savannas of central Brazil. This male was in his breeding territory in a wet ravine in Capo Alto, Santa Catarina state, Brazil.
