Tawny Grassbird (Megalurus timoriensi)

This little fellow lives in the wet land reserve where I go' for my Sunday walks. He is one of the 'old-world warblers' like the Australasian (clamorous) reed warbler - which it shares habitat with. This shot was taken last spring and it had a mate - although I never spotted a nest -

It was being very brazen and curious.
