Tenderised (Cuculus canorus)

Ive only ever seen this bird at long range over the years, and not many times, so to see this very obliging one was a real treat. Its vision for spotting these juicy morsels was really amazing. Intense midday sun made photographing it very awkward.

I have to say Tom I don't like this shot...........................I LOVE it.

Great shot in tough conditions, but hey lets not moan to much about the sun. LOL. Cheers
