Saw three of those bizarre birds during my hike from Shippea Hill to Brandon. This was one of the best highlights of the 32-km long trip

LOL I can imagine that made you stop and stare hypercolius. I've seen a few very dark ones (melanistic) but not a leucistic one yet.

We have a female who visits the garden frequently.
 
Even though it's not that great a photo, it's interesting to even know that there are albino pheasants!
