The dark side
We then moved on to another view point at Bluff Knoll. There's a rather steep mountain there which some silly people like to climb!!!

But the car park area is very attractively laid out and there's a visitor centre with lots of information. You fairly high so at canopy level and there I spotted this Scarlet Robin. Sadly he wouldn't show me his scarlet side.

I'd seen one a couple of days before when we went to Denmark!! But didn't manage a picture that day. So, although not now a Lifer, it was a Life picture!

It is always nice to get a shot of a bird you previously missed Delia. And this is a wonderful eye level capture. Great to see, well done.
