Taken during my last session within the International Waterbird Census.
At -4C (and sea temperature at 7C), it was funny finding out that my chest waders were not wholly waterproof as they were supposed to be ;-)

What a cracking photo. It has an atmosphere that tells you the whole story, except it doesnt look -4 :).
 
What a magical shot, Max. That would be great inspiration for creative writing. Hope you didn't get too cold and wet!
 
This is just beautiful and so peaceful looking. Just you and the birds, what more did you need. Oh wait, some better waders!
