the northern caracara (caracara cheriway)

i had a tip about a caracara nest and found them dismembering a gull carcass and carrying the food to the nest. i was fortunate to have enough light as the sun was setting.

Beautiful; I prefer it to the pair, tho the other suits life-cycle illustration. Just great light, so pretty. Should be a print in a Gallery somewhere.
 
You have caught the caracara well. You have a superb gallery with absolutely clear images. Appreciate the Florida shots from Viera and MIWR, since those are my local haunts.
