thanks for all your great and kind comments.my mute swans.well as some of you know our adult mutes have been here alot of years only 1 pair and alot of offspring they have reared and good parents they are but when the adults sense for whatever reason i do not know its time for the young to leave their pond then believe me they let their young know.these two are getting the main attention just now to leave,their not allowed near the adult birds or feeding station at all,think these guys are maybe males and the unlucky 2 out of 5 born,the other 3 are still part of the family just now.think dad is protecting his life from all threats he sees and these males would definately be a big threat if left alone.

So now they're big enough to be a threat to their Dad, I guess it's time for them to strike out and find their own territory. Best of luck to them! I hope they choose well and thrive |=)|
