Thank you very much,Marian,Ove and Donald :t:

You are right,Marian ;)-precisely here,since monday,the ground is snow-spotted like this and under a beautiful blue sky,but without any thaw.

Missed this...

Both beautiful, delicate and colourful. It's hard to think that even up a mountain (which we think to be cold and desolate) that life is everywhere!
Thank you so much Bernard for showing me and everyone the true beauty of the Alps and the whole ecosystem that lives there, in Summer and Winter.
Thank you :t::t::t:

Thank you very much for this wonderful comment about the wildlife in the mountains,Sam :t:
You are right, the life is everywhere in these "desolate" areas. A particular spider species has been found close to the summit of the Mont blanc:some lonely stones among the huge snow-fields are sufficient to it and its food is brought there by the wind.

It is good to see some summer in this dark period. So thanks for this refreshing image, Bernard. Maybe I try plants next summer. I feel like Im still full of insects after last summer.. ;) :clap:

Thanks, Bernard! This makes me long for summer again - above the arctic circle you can see this species grow where nothing else grows - on the bare rock it appears. Wild beauty well taken! :t:
