This Flight Tonight* (Larus Argentatus)

Thank you all for the comments on my earlier two posts -- especially the ones on the latter. I was genuinely moved. Ta.

I photographed the present gull on the evening of the same day as the previously posted bird. Not liking to think of him languishing in me computer while his mate flew free on Bird Forum, so to speak, I thought, as an act of kindness, I'd give him his wings, albeit heavily cropped and lightened.

Lovely wing detail in this aerial Gull image Alex and so nicely captured buddy!
Good idea to show this gull. I look at me old captures from time to time, esp. during winter. Are they still alive? Where are they? Of course superfluous questions but I like these wonders of nature. Esp. migratory birds see many beautiful places of our planet but their life expectancy is short.
