This is not a drill. Help Please! Anyone ID? (Piranga rubra)

At first I thought it was some sort of flycather and then I'm changing my mind to a Summer Tanager. Actaully I really don't know. OK - This is what you all have been trained for. Help!!!
Habitat
This was by a man-made lake in the desert of Tucson AZ, USA
Location
Agua Caliente Park in Tuscon AZ, USA
Date taken
Jan 16, 2008
Scientific name
Piranga rubra
Equipment used
Canon 20D, [email protected]
Your guess of a Summer Tanager is right. The little crest is one of the features of this species, as is the large beak. A flycatcher's beak would be dark and thinner. Flycatcher heads look big in comparison to their chests.
