Thrush_silent spotted migrant_DSCN2749.JPG (Catharus species)

A solitary and silent, a migrating "spotted thrush" with greenish tones on back and wings visited our yard on November 1, 2024. Helpful identification tips are welcome, though I assume 100% certainty is probably unachievable. Thrushes seem to ignore grapes I impale on short dead twigs, in this photo, a Northern Parula had eaten about half of the grape and returned to it once the thrush moved down to drink from the birdbath.

Edge of "rockland hammock" (native subtropical forest community) surrounding small clearing for our retriever(s) to play in.
