Tickell's Blue Flycatcher (Cyornis tickelliae)

This one has become one of my fav bird, for its beauty... prefers to perch in the lower branches of small trees, mostly silent, not often seen in pairs, makes few movements except when it is with its mate..when they go about the forest floor foraging....one flycatcher I am yet to spot with a fly in its beak!!!
Am presently at hill station Munnar(Kerala ) now with family escaping the hot summer.... spotted and captured few birds today including the Tickell's Blue Flycatcher and a lifer..Greater racket-tailed drongo...shall be posting them soon!
