Out of thousands of shots I have of Kites, I have never seen anything like this, strange one, great capture Brian.!!!!

Screaming? Swallowing? Choking? I do think they eat on the fly, don't they? If so, then most likely swallowing after having picked up one of the chunks of meat they toss out for them there at feeding time.
