Thanks very much to all of you for the great response to this image.
I processed the pictures in Photoshop 7 and then created an A3 calendar on PhotoBox's site - http://www.photobox.com/. I used 2 "landscape" style pictures for each month and 1 "portrait" for the cover. Between us the wife and I have created 3 differerent ones this year.
