Ah, lovely JJ. I dont know how common they are in France, but they're not plentiful in their old haunts here locally, and I never got a photo of the species. The colour of the bird's crown almost exactly matches the colour of the thorny stem, very pleasing. An ideal pose with the head turn, perfect lighting. Good work.

super lovely capture of this lovely one, mega rarity in Arabia, but very very common in Indonesia. Equivalent to our house sparrow.
