treecreeper (certhia familiaris)

saw three of these guys together the other day and only managed this half decent capture and believe me it was my fault because they were showing well but these guys usually appear in with flocks of other birds and there were so many other little ones i did not know what to try and capture.was like a kid in a sweetie factory looking at what sweetie to pick.

Well done, Mags!!! These guys are not easy, and I know that sweet shop feeling - I lose a lot of shots to that one :S

Ooooh you lucky / clever lass!!! I'm still waiting to get my first 'creeper picture!!

This is lovely too.

LOL though, I know just what you mean about being in the midst of a mixed feeding flock - you just don't know where to look do you!!

These are tough birds to spot. We have brown creepers around here and I've only ever seen one in my entire life and that was only for seconds! . This is well spotted and a nice capture! Glad they decided to show themselves for you. Way to go!

A really super image of this tree hugger Mags. Beautifully captured.

To answer your question on the Gulls, Yes, it is a stage of growth mostly ;)

Outstanding shot Margaret, fabulous colours and details. How are you liking the new camera?
