Tufted Titmouse (Parus bicolor)

Clear, sunny day, but very cold and breezy. Photo taken this morning when it was 19 degrees F (-7 C). These birds move quickly, but even more quickly when the temps are so cold.

They do move fast, it is hard to catch one not moving, great timing, and a lovely picture
