Two Ruddies? (Arenaria interpres)

Have been struggling to ID these birds. There were a flock sat on the rocks, and seemed quite habituated and allowed me to come close up. The orange colour of their legs were striking. Are these juvenile or is this their winter plumage?

Winter plumage, I'd say, but I can't say about their age. Could be their first winter. Lovely pair and setting |=)|
