Two Weeks Later (Himantopus himantopus)

Went to the drain water pool again yesterday to check on the youngsters. The parents of course took to the air again warning the youngsters with their continuous calls. However, they settled down after a while after they were assured that I posed no danger to the family. Was thrilled to see three fast growing juveniles. Here is one of them, again shot against light. Isn't he beautiful? Have photos of all three together which I will upload another time.
