Uncommon (Mergus serrator)

Well, not really, but the other Merganser we have here, as opposed to the Common Merganser. And I don't often see them in the gallery, so perhaps not all that common on BF?

A beautiful portrait of the Red-breasted Merganser, Doc!
I also see Goosanders far more frequently and I seldom get close enough to Red-breasted Mergansers for decent pictures (or even half-decent ones)
