Gorgeous bird, and photo. I think I should plan a trip to Brazos County! You must be close to having photographed most of the 10,000 species of birds on the planet by now, Stanley. Every one caught with perfection. It's astonishing, really. Thanks.

Very unfair, even the UK get this sandpiper sometimes. Papabotte is probably not a very common name there. Superb shot of this sandpiper.
