Upper Tafi Valley with arid grasslands and dry chac shrubs and small trees at ca. 2,097 m (6,880 ft) elevation.
Location
Northwest of Tafi del Valle, Tucumn, Argentina.

a spectacular bird, Stanley, I had the chance to see them a few years ago in New Mexico; and you've got a brilliant photo of this one, against that splendid blue sky, top marks, many tfs!!!
