Waxwings in the Vinogradovo floodplains, Russia (Bombycilla garrula)

  • Gleb Berloff
Approaching the famous wetlands, I was amazed to see an entire birch tree in a garden completely full of waxwings. Those waxwings were sitting in the tree for about 5 minutes before the entire flock flew over in a dense cloud over the railway and to the northeast.

Ooooh!!! How lovely to come across a flock in the spring time Gleb.

I don't know, I somehow thought they'd be living separate lives now, strange, isn't it.

Many thanks for showing it to us lad.
