We're off to OZ! (Podiceps ruficollis)

Soon to be heading to the airport and off to OZ with a batch of students for a few days, in what has become an annual business trip down to Sydney. Mostly work, but hopefully will have a little free time for picture taking.
The picture here is of a Little Grebe family up the road from our home here in Kishiwada.
