I was lucky enough to see five of these little ones leaving the nest for their first look at the world this morning, they were flying around all over the place enjoying themselves! Here's 3 of them. (changed the picture as nest was visible, sorry to who commented before the change)

This is a great photo and you were so lucky to get three in the frame. Myself and Terry had a view of four of these birds in woodland at Dimmingsdale on Monday evening all in close proximity to each other.

Oh yes, I remember that one Ian :'D Ok, I wouldn't want to scare you, it isn't at all a 'yukky' spider though, it's a nice big hairy one :-O
 
Been out of town for a couple of days, three great shots Julie,especially this one. Didn't see the nest part of the shot but I don't think incidental inclusion of a nest when photographing fledglings, or adult birds for that matter, should be a concern. I would think it should only be an issue if the shot was taken specifically of the nest with eggs/fledglings still in place such that disturbance would be caused to the birds. But that's just me.
