D D David Ellsworth Oct 8, 2008 This is a Cordilleran Flycatcher and not a Pewee. Look at the large teardrop-shaped eyering and the pale coloring of the entire lower mandible. This is a nice photo! But I wish that the postprocessing had not introduced a pale halo around the bird and its perch.
