This Blue Jay was raising a ruckus and I guess it may have looked in a mirror, not a good feather day.

My goodness! It certainly has seen better days. That is a severe molt or probably infested with lice. A great illustration of what our bird life can go through Donny!
 
he doesn't seem to be in the best of shapes indeed, Donny!!! but what a marvelous photo this is and an excellent focusing job, top notch, many tfs!!!!
