What a 'mouthful'...

or billful i guess!! Puffin with sand eels...whilst some birds seem to dive straight down their holes with a mouthful of eels, to avoid marauding gulls, quite a few Puffin, seemed to wait around for quite a while...obviously these have been trained by the wardens on the island to pose for the tourists :)

The evocative imagery of this island ... oh, how jealous I am now ... a cracking shot I'd like to have taken ;)

Thanks
Gmax - i'll swap you...i'd certainly like to have taken many of your stunning pics, a Hoopoe in the back garden would be very nice :)
Though it might be a little bit of a 'jaunt' to get to some of these places, think we in Britain are pretty lucky, to be able to do so & fairly easily at times. Thanks again. Mike
