What Am I?????? (Buteo)

Another shot of a hawk taken in my daughters backyard in Reading, Pennsylvania. I posted a shot of this bird earlier as a Red-tailed Hawk, but had a couple of PMs suggesting it could be a Coopers Hawk. Would one of our American cousins let me know what this beautiful bird is please??????

Mali, looks like an immature Cooper's Hawk to me. Streaked breast up to a white showing on the neck. Fairly weak eye ring. GERRY
