Sorry for poor picture but I took this bird with zoom and cropped it to bring it closer. Through binoculars it did not look like a Yellow Hammer or Greenfinch but seems to be more like a Serin. Any ideas from this distance. Sorry for poor quality taken through my bedroom window.
