Could someone ID this bird for me please? This was the best pic of it i could get i took 3 but others were blurred and he didn't hang around for more than a few seconds

...looks somewhat like a Pied Wagtail(Motacilla alba yarrelli) to me but I have absolutely no knowledge of birds outside of NA...maybe post in the id section?|:S| oops, didn't read the other comments...my bad.|^|
