On my feeder this morning a new visitor joined the Cardnal and I have no idea what kind of bird it is.

I'll let an expert identify it, as I don't know much about North American birds but it looks like a woodpecker or sapsucker. Beautiful bird though.
 
It's a Northern Flicker (Colaptes auratus), a kind of Woodpecker! Great catch under the falling snow!!! :t: :t: :t:
