What should I eat? (Aegithalos caudatus)

I was sitting on the freshly covered with snow river bank looking for mallards and teals. The flock of long-tailed tits came hoping from twig to twig in the willow trees along the river bank. I took the camera from the car and followed them. So I got several photos with these nice little birds.
