Wheeeeeee (Larus michahellis)

Reminds me of a child playing aeroplanes. Think this may be a Yellow legged gull because the back looks lighter gray. But it may just be a LBB. I am posting the next snap which suggests it may be a LBB, but the back is not as dark as I would have liked. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Habitat
Lake
Location
Loch Lomond
Date taken
April 2015
Scientific name
Larus michahellis
Equipment used
Canon EOS 450, 100-400
Unlikely to be a YLG in Scotland - not impossible, but not possible to confirm from this photo. If the the legs are yellow it is more likely to be a Lesser Black-backed gull Larus fuscus graellsi, which would also fit the primary pattern that's visible, and be far more likely.
