Where Did All Them Bubbles Come From? (Aythya fuligula)

Well Peeps,
Early start for me today, as were off on our travels again. Were going to Lakenheath for a few days to see me lovely old Mum. Its her birthday on Sunday, so we are off out for a meal. I have booked a restaurant, and 18 of us will be filling our bellies. Unbeknown to my Mum, I have invited her siblings, and their partners. My youngest brother and his wife are coming from Oxfordshire, and my other brother and his wife from Lakenheath will also be there, so it should be a nice surprise for Mum. Then mid-week, we will be moving on to visit Lynsey & Dan, Hazels daughter and future son-in-law at their farmhouse in Norfolk,
I went for a short beach walk yesterday afternoon, not a lot about, as it was really blustery. A few Herring Gulls and Great Black-backed Gulls, on the beach, and also a few Turnstones, most of which were hunkering down, sheltering from the really strong winds. It was nice to get out in the fresh sea air for a while. Right, I have rambled on enough, gotta get up to the station to catch the first of our four trains. So I will see yall later.

Oh I just love the interaction between them Mali. What wonderful golden eyes they have too - you've caught them beautifully.

Hope the journey goes well.
