where is our summer!!! (larus canus)

went down to a place i dont visit very much because usually to many people but its great for gulls and geese to mention a few.have seen the red-breasted goose,ring billed gull and golden plovers here but non today and not many people either as out weather is wet,windy and cold.

.... yeah.... where is it!!? So much for the longest day. We were going out this evening but it's nearly dark already.

This gull has a lot to say for himself... or perhaps he's moaning about the weather too LOL.

Down here think our summer tends to be fine during the week, then goes missing at weekends :) good one

Great photo Mags, sorry about your weather, you do not want to know what it like here. Just having a glass of wine outside in the setting sun. OOOOPs Sorry about that. lol.

Been a bit wet and windy here too today, but not really cold. More of the same forecast for tomorrow, but then we should get some good, clear weather. And between clouds, I did get some good shots today - as did you with this gull |=)|
