where is our summer!!! (larus canus)

went down to a place i dont visit very much because usually to many people but its great for gulls and geese to mention a few.have seen the red-breasted goose,ring billed gull and golden plovers here but non today and not many people either as out weather is wet,windy and cold.

Misty, low cloud and damp but better than the deluge of yesterday - Summer solstice indeed !!.

Nice common gull shot, going off these though after one snaffled up a lapwing chick from the field at the back of our house a few days ago and downed it in one on a fence post.

lets hope for some sun soon !!
