It's a fantastic flight shot but it's definitely a sparrowhawk.

Another thank to leighjauncey for pointing me in the right direction B ... it is actually a sparrowhawk!
What led me astray was that there was a "real" goshawk every day for a week or so visiting the same spot, so I thought: How lucky I am!
Sadly it was not the case ...:-C
