Leaving South Africa for a few photos from Hong Kong as the waders are arriving now and the tides are good to bring them closer. Of course the light has got much worse which is a challenge.
This whimbrel was the last to go into the scrape after the tide had raced passed the Deep Bay hide ( a 2.3m tide is enough to raise the floating hides and yesterdays was a 2.6m ). Neil.
