White in the blue and green
We wandered down to the nearest hide overlooking the loch, though actually it's set some distance back and looks more over the grassland, pools and scrapes before the water.

There's some construction work going on to provide an 'accesible' underpass to the hides.

Anyway, I managed to get this picture of some distant Mute Swans and a couple of Black-headed Gulls flying over.
