White-spectacled Tyrant, closer

White-spectacled Tyrant, closer (Hymenops perspicillatus)

Closer, and the bird was patient with me, but no matter how I tweaked the settings, I just couldn't get a shot that showed plumage without the white bill and eye rings burning out and glaring.
Habitat
pampas
Location
Entre Rios, Argentina
Date taken
19 Aug 2014
Scientific name
Hymenops perspicillatus
Equipment used
fz200 +2.2
I see how it gets its name from, whites and sunshine don't mix Doc and sometimes it just blows the image, but you got a super shot though, well done.!!

That really is a remarkable eye, isn't it.

Bright sun, a black and white bird and a messy background don't make for an easy combination do they.
